By accessing or using headPDF (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

headPDF provides various tools for working with PDF files, including (but not limited to):

  • PDF merging
  • Splitting pages
  • Compressing PDFs
  • Converting PDFs
  • Reordering, rotating or editing pages

Some tools operate entirely within your browser (client-side processing). Other tools may require temporary server-side processing. The interface will indicate when server processing is used.

3. File processing

For browser-based tools, your files never leave your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

For server-based tools, files are processed temporarily and deleted automatically after the task is completed.

You retain full ownership of your files. We do not claim any rights to your documents.

4. User responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You will not upload or process files containing illegal content
  • You will not use the Service to violate copyrights or distribute unauthorized material
  • You will not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
  • You will comply with all applicable local laws

5. Service availability

We aim to keep headPDF available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any tool
  • Limit access for maintenance
  • Introduce paid features or limits

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including performance guarantees, accuracy of results, or constant availability.

You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, headPDF is not responsible for loss of data, damage to documents, or issues caused by user error.
